This tasting showcases the finest British artisan cheeses and matching international wines in a humour-filled show. Informed by Francis' book, Gimblett’s Guide to the Best of British Cheese, as well as experiences whilst making cheese for Gimblett Cheese, the tasting is as informative as it is engaging.

During the event guests learn how to detect milk type, age and production method of a range of the finest artisan British cheeses, as well as the grape types, region and quality of international wines. The event begins with a light-hearted instruction to tasting, then guests deduce the answers set on the tasting charts, promoting interaction.
