Your group receives a call from a major wine merchant. They need a new wine for a client of theirs.
Using a range of winemaking equipment (presses, blending jars, wine additives, etc) teams have to develop a new wine, to represent a particular wine making country or theme of your choice.
The catch is that the merchant requires: a humorous and eye-catching label to adorn the bottle, a tasting note to appeal to a market of choice, a marketing strategy and a three minute radio advert.
After development, the teams present the blend to the gathered audience, with hilarious results.
