Owned and run by award winning cheese maker Bill Oglethorpe, the Kappacasien dairy provides a unique and dramatic backdrop to any tasting event. The cheeses produced within its Victorian arches will provide the delicious centrepiece to your event and the beers produced by neighbouring micro-breweries can provide the ideal accompaniment. We structure the tasting in the classical Taste of the Vine format; introducing interaction, humour and for those competitive groups: a challenge, and Bill provides the venue, cheeses and anecdote.
The dairy will accommodate forty people seated and sixty standing.
