Originally the site of James I's aviary - later extended by his Grandson, Charles II - Birdcage Walk was created as part of a post-Restoration remodelling of St.James' Park.
The building is regarded as one of the finest examples of traditional architecture in Westminster. The function rooms range from those suitable for smaller groups to the Marble Hall, which can accommodate up to 90 guests. Each is styled to reflect Birdcage Walk's heritage and its strong engineering tradition.
